At their initial court appearance, brothers Jakiel and Tarryl Gillon were granted bail while Daryl Hippi was refused bail and remanded in custody.

However, since then Jakiel Gillon has also been remanded in custody and he and Hippi appeared in court via video link from the prison on Friday.

Solicitor Nathan Bouchier, for Hippi, said he had a conference booked with his client on January 30 and asked for an adjournment.
