1. Ben Brocherie (Met-Easts, A-grade)

The first opener on this list is the Met-Easts A-grade premiership-winning captain, who has been a joy to watch this season.

Brocherie notched up three 50s and a century this campaign as he scored 375 runs at an average of 75.

2. Adam Kerrigan (Met-Easts Blue, B-grade)

Kerrigan has been in destructive form this season and opens the batting alongside Brocherie in the dream team.

With a mammoth 493 runs at 98.6, few bowlers have been able to contain his power when he gets going.

Kerrigan’s best performance came in round 9, when he put Souths Magpies to the sword by scoring an unbeaten 114 off 88 balls and smashed 12 fours and five sixes.

Impressively, across his nine innings, he was only dismissed for less than 50 on two occasions as he was bowled for 49 in round 7, then dismissed for a duck in round 8, making him one of the most consistent batters in the Garden City.

5. Robert Fenwick (Northern Brothers Diggers Gold, C-grade)

While normally an opener, Fenwick would be used in the middle-order of the dream team after scoring 431 runs at an impressive average of 71.83.

He was at his damaging best throughout the campaign as he captained his side to the C-grade premiership and was particularly lethal in his in his first three games, where he recorded scores of 82, 100 and 93.

6. Andrew Winterbottom (Souths, B-grade)

Winterbottom is the all-rounder for the team after he tore through the opposition with bat and ball.

Karunarathne proved why he is one of the best bowlers in Toowoomba as he claimed 19 scalps at an average of 15.42.
