It’s an occasional playground to Hollywood superstars Matt Damon and Chris Hemsworth and now a slice of Noosa North Shore has hit the market. Check out the epic property:

A blank canvas on Noosa North Shore that boasts a 450m beachfront as its backyard has hit the market for buyers with pockets as deep as Hollywood A-listers.

The 40ha land parcel is set to change hands for the first time in more than a generation with the property to go under the hammer in March.

The property at 337 Teewah Beach Rd, Noosa North Shore, has been taken to the market for auction through Tom Offermann Real Estate.

Agency principal Tom Offermann described the property as a “ripper” providing one could afford it.

He said a price guide was difficult to gauge due to the rarity of the property.

“The only comparable sale is a similar block that had a substantial house on it, that sold for in excess of $10m a few years ago,” Mr Offermann said.

“To get 450m is not possible, almost anywhere.”

Unlike that sale, this property is accessed by a bitumen road right up to its gate.

Mr Offermann said the property was located only 12km from Hastings St and had views to the famous tourism suburb, north to Double Island Point and across the Coral Sea.

He said the property was a blank canvas for someone who liked privacy and the beach to create a “masterpiece”.

“It’s owned by four vendors from Brisbane who decided to give someone else an opportunity to own it,” he said.

“We’ve had a lot of interstate inquiries and a few locals to express interest.

“It’s unlikely to attract an international audience, maybe expats.”

Mr Offermann was reluctant to discuss the potential for the site, however he said it was rural-residential zoned which could provide a range of uses, subject to council approval.

The property is set for auction on March 26 from 2pm at Mr Offermann’s Noosa Heads office.
