OKTOBERFEST is a month-long event at The Bavarian.
It's also adding something extra special to its calendar of Oktoberfest celebrations.
In addition to the line-up of special menus, limited-edition biers, fun foodie challenges, and the chance to win a trip to Munich, The Bavarian will host an exclusive Oktoberfest party on Saturday, October 13.
The party kicks off at 12.30pm with an official Oktoberfest keg tap, before The Bavarian's lively Oompah band takes to the stage.
Diners can battle it out for the title of Oktoberfest Strong Man and Woman in Toowoomba's first official stein holding competition.
There is also a sausage throwing competition. The winners of both competitions will receive a $50 restaurant voucher.
A traditional accordion player will take to the stage in the evening, providing the perfect opportunity for guests to sit back, relax and dive into some delicious Oktoberfest menu offerings.
Toowoomba diners are encouraged to don their finest lederhosen or dirndl and strut their stuff for the Best Dressed of Oktoberfest competition.
The best dressed will be crowned the king and queen of Oktoberfest and receive a $50 restaurant voucher, with some prizes to be won for the kids too.
The Oktoberfest celebrations will continue throughout the evening with more live music, yodelling and traditional slap dancing.
There will be four party sitting times: 11am to 1.45pm, 2pm to 4pm, 4.15pm to 7pm, and 7.15pm to late.
Rockpool Dining Group chief executive officer Thomas Pash said the festivities were a sensational addition to an already fantastic Oktoberfest calendar.
"We're giving Toowoomba locals a true taste of Oktoberfest by adding some exclusive activities to the calendar," Mr Pash said.
"A jam-packed line-up of entertaining games, fantastic live music, family-friendly entertainment and awesome prizes are just another reason diners should come on down to celebrate."
The Oktoberfest celebrations continue until Saturday, 27 October.
Guests can sign-up to become an Oktober Boss, proving their dedication to the renowned annual festival by taking four foodie challenges - eating a pork knuckle, schnitzel, pretzel and doughnut pretzel.
Those who tick off each challenge will achieve the ultimate Oktober Boss status and receive a limited-edition Oktoberfest t-shirt and stein and a VIP invitation to pre-drinks before the closing party on Saturday, October 27.
They will also go in the draw to win the most authentic Oktoberfest experience of them all: a trip to Munich, Germany.
The Bavarian Toowoomba is also offering three special menus throughout the Oktoberfest celebrations. There is a three-course menu for $45 per person, a four-course menu for $60 per person and a shared feast menu for $64 per person.
