The 2020 Master Builders Queensland Downs and Western Housing and Construction President's Award winner is an East Toowoomba home built by Urbane Build.
The four-year-old Toowoomba business is run by high school best mates, Jace Townsing and Luke Erickson.
"It's one of the awards that we have actually made a goal to get and to achieve it is a great accomplishment for the company," Mr Townsing said.
