A DIFFICULT construction project showcasing the builder's attention to detail is the 2020 House of the Year of the Master Builders Queensland Downs and Western Housing and Construction Awards.
Built by Janke Constructions on the escarpment of Prince Henry Heights, the family home is designed to take full advantage of the remarkable views of the valley.
The challenge during the construction was working with the slope of the land of up to 35 degrees.
Builder Nelson Janke said he had a great team including a client who was involved in the build from day one.
"So every little challenge we had, we overcame together," Mr Janke said.
