Two 17-year-old boys have been caught with a gun, ammunition, knife and drugs after police were called with the Fountain Gate shopping centre in Narre Warren in Melbourne’s southeast.

Two teenage boys have been busted with a gun and drugs at Fountain Gate shopping centre.
Police were called to the Narre Warren complex at 1pm on Sunday after reports of youths causing trouble.
They arrested two boys before searching a vehicle in the car park where they found a gun, ammunition, a knife and drugs.
Southern metro region crime squad detectives have charged two 17-year-olds over the seizures.
One was charged with firearm possession, possession of a drug of dependence, handling stolen goods, possessing ammunition and other offences.
He was remanded in custody.
The other faces counts of possessing a drug of dependence, resisting police and knowingly dealing in the proceeds of crime.
