Friends and family of Leila Kennedy have raised about $7850 after the Wyreema mum died in a motorbike crash in the South Burnett on Sunday.
Her sister, Amanda Gavin, launched a GoFundMe campaign which said Leila had left behind two daughters and her husband Ken.
“The whole family is in shock,” she said.
“Leila dedicated her life to her loved ones and the hole that has been left by her passing feels bottomless.
Leila was travelling on a motorbike with her 10-year-old daughter when they crashed on Kumbia Road about 2.30pm on Sunday.
Sadly, Leila died at the scene while her daughter was flown to the Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
“Anyone who knew my sister knew the beautiful soul she possessed,” Ms Gavin said.
“She was one of the most loving and caring people you would ever meet.
“She would do anything for her family and friends and the sun doesn’t seem to shine as bright now that she is no longer with us.
All money raised through the GoFundMe will support her surviving husband and daughters.
Forensic Crash Unit officers will investigate the crash.
