Two Aussie powerhouse musicians to join forces, perform at Empire Theatre

Two of Australia’s most respected singers, musicians and songwriters are touring the country, with Toowoomba’s Empire Theatre one of the duo’s first stops.
Ian Moss and Troy Cassar-Daley are taking their guitars and songs on the road across 17 dates on the National Together Alone tour through October, November and December 2021.
The Together Alone tour will be the first time these two powerhouse guitarists and vocalists have joined forces to tour together and shared a stage in such an intimate setting as they take the audience on a musical journey across their respective careers.
Mr Moss said the tour was two years in the making.
“I have been a big fan of Troy’s for so long so when this opportunity came up to do a lap around Australia with him I was never going to say no,” he said.
“The set list will have everything plus a few surprises and I can’t wait to finally take it on the road and out to our fans.”
Mr Cassar-Daley said it was going to be a great musical adventure and he was proud to blend together on stage.
“From the first chord I heard Ian play on guitar I was hooked, and then he sang,” he said.
“He has been a major source of inspiration for me for years and to play some shows with him across the country will be something very special.”
They will perform at the Empire Theatre on Thursday, October 28.
Opening at selected shows are Gretta Ziller and Melody Moko.
As part of the tour, fans have the opportunity to purchase VIP tickets to each of the shows which will give them the rare opportunity to go behind the scenes and watch the pair’s soundcheck and run a few songs on stage.
Numbers are strictly limited to 30 and no photos or videoing will be permitted during soundcheck.
General public tickets go on sale at 10am on Wednesday, June 23.
However pre-sale tickets for members of fan clubs will be available from 10am on Monday, June 21.
