Toowoomba celebrates St Patrick’s Day at Irish Club Hotel

THE annual St Patrick’s Day parade took place along Toowoomba’s Russell Street on Sunday afternoon, with almost 100 walkers celebrating the day.

The Darling Downs Irish Club led the parade, which finished at the Irish Club Hotel.

Classic cars, floats, local groups including Girl Guides and dance companies waved to the crowd, before finishing at the Irish Club Hotel.

Guests enjoyed watching Celtic dancers perform while listening to traditional music with a pint of Guinness in hand. More pictures online at
