It’s no secret that there’s a lot of people ready and waiting impatiently to say goodbye to 2021, and hello to 2022.

New Year’s Eve celebrations will be marred by Covid restrictions but, similar to past years, nothing will stop Toowoomba residents from ringing in the new year in spectacular fashion.

We’ve taken a look back at New Year’s Eve celebrations gone by.
