After a break over Christmas, South East Paranormal has resumed investigations at the Royal Bull’s Head Inn at Drayton, with the first to be held on February 20 from 10am to 2pm.
Reported to be one of the most haunted locations in Toowoomba, the inn is a ghost hunter’s delight according to lead investigator Tina Mundt.
“We have an investigation once a month and have been investigating the Inn with the public since 2017,” Ms Mundt said.
“We have had many experiences, ranging from communications on our equipment, to people being touched, a range of smells, like tobacco and whiskey, hearing voices and seeing shadow figures and having doors open and close on their own.
“Our guests have also had personal experiences where people that have passed come through to our writing board and give them a message.”
A National Trust Volunteer, Ms Mundt said the investigations had always been popular, with some selling out months in advance.
“We have limited numbers so people can have a better experience,” Ms Mundt said.
“We also do these investigations on a 100 per cent volunteer basis, South East Paranormal supply all equipment at no charge and we make no money.
“All proceeds from the event National Trust of Queensland for continuing restoration works.
“As the National Trust is not for profit, we rely on events like this and visitors on our open days to be able to continue our restorations.”
