Trio injured in three-vehicle Toowoomba crash

Three people, including two teenagers, have been taken to hospital following a three-vehicle crash in Toowoomba’s western suburbs on Saturday night.

The incident on the corner of Boundary and Bridge Streets in Torrington was reported to authorities about 6.45pm.

A woman in her 30s was taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition with chest injuries, while two male teens were also transported with various injuries.

Pedestrian injured in Warwick after collision

A young woman has been rushed to hospital after a pedestrian and a car collided in Warwick on Saturday night.

Emergency services were alerted to the incident just before 9pm on Pera Crescent.

The woman in her 20s was taken to Warwick Hospital with minor injuries.

Go-kart incident lands man in hospital

A man didn’t have too far to travel to hospital after he was injured while riding a go-kart in a public car park.

The incident on Water Street in South Toowoomba was reported to emergency services on Saturday just after 1pm.

Reports indicate the man in his 20s was riding the go-kart in or near the car park opposite gym Project 88 at about 30km/h when he crashed and suffered facial injuries.

Thankfully, paramedics took him around the block to the Toowoomba Hospital on Pechey Street in a stable condition.

Dalby crash leaves young woman in hospital

A two-vehicle crash in Dalby late on Saturday night has left a young woman in hospital.

The collision on the corner of Condamine and Patrick Streets was reported to emergency services about 10.15pm.

The woman in her 20s was treated by paramedics at the scene for minor injuries and taken to Dalby Hospital in a stable condition.

Boy injured after motorcycle collision

A primary school-aged boy has been rushed to hospital in southwest Queensland after coming off his motorcycle on a private property.

Emergency services were alerted to the crash at Charleville, about five hours west of Toowoomba, on Saturday just before 1pm.

It is believed the boy was riding with another child on individual motorbikes when they collided.

The patient was treated for leg injuries and taken to Charleville Hospital in a stable condition.

Motorcyclist flown to hospital after hitting fence

A man who hit a fence while riding his motorbike in the Western Downs has been flown to hospital in Toowoomba.

The incident occurred near the Glenmorgan campgrounds, about three hours west of Toowoomba, on Saturday just after 11am.

The man in his 40s was treated at the scene by LifeFlight and QAS crews for chest and back injuries and flown to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.

Man escapes serious injury after falling from roof

A man who has been lucky to escape serious injury after he fell from the roof of a private property in western Queensland on Saturday morning.

Emergency services were alerted to the fall in Cunnamulla just before 9am.

Thankfully, the man only suffered a knock to his head and was taken to Cunnamulla Hospital for observations.
