Meet racing drivers Luke Youlden and Anton De Pasquale at army open day
Swartz Barracks in Oakey are hosting an open day later this month to showcase what a life in the Army aviation industry looks like and how you can get involved.

Get up close and personal with current and former military aircraft including the ARH Tiger, MRH90 Taipan, the venerable S-70 Blackhawk and CH-47D Chinook at a behind the scenes tour of the home of Australian Army Aviation later this month.
Base Commandant Colonel Eamon “Charlie” Barton said the Swartz Barracks open day on Saturday, August 28 was a chance for visitors to see the different roles employed at the Barracks.
“There will also be an opportunity to see our special visitor Luke Youlden and his Porsche GT4 and to learn about the special relationship the base has with the V8 Supercar Championship,” he said.
As well as Luke, Shell-V Power Team drivers Anton De Pasquale and Will Davison will attend and will be available for a meet and greet and autograph signing between 10 – 11.30am.
Visitors are welcome to the Australian Army Flying Museum located off Corfe Road, Kelvinhaugh on Saturday, August 28 from 10am-2pm.
