A man has been rushed to hospital after he was reportedly bitten by a snake outside Toowoomba.
Paramedics were called about 11.30am on Monday to the scene on Kearney Rd at Oakey, not far from the intersection with the Warrego Highway.
The man in his early 40s was bitten on the lower leg by the snake.
He was taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
