Lanes closed as crash blocks traffic on New England Highway

Paramedics and firefighters have responded to a two-vehicle crash on a busy Toowoomba road. There are reports that at lease one traffic lane was blocked.

Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics have responded to a two-vehilce crash as Mount Kynock.

Paramedics are assessing four people involved in a two-vehicle crash on the New England Highway at My Kynoch.

The vehicles collided about 1.45pm on the Brett Forte Bridge.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said one person would require a trip to the hospital, after they suffered minor injuries.

The remaining people appear to be uninjured.

There are reports of the crash has forced the closure of one lane of traffic while the emergency services work to clear the wrecks.
