Two people killed after horror two-car Warrego Highway crash
Two people have died and two others were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on a major regional Queensland highway.

Two people are dead and two are in serious condition after a horrific crash on the Warrego Highway on the Western Downs.
The crash involving two vehicles happened at Drillham, west of Miles, about 6.20am on Thursday.
Initial information indicates a black 2010 Holden Colorado and a white 2013 Holden Colorado, both towing trailers, crashed on the highway.
Queensland Ambulance Service senior operations supervisor Belinda Deebank said paramedics arrived to find two people deceased, and three other patients.
“They were confronted with quite a traumatic scene, the accident was spread over quite a large distance,” she said.
A 41-year-old Miles woman, a passenger in the black Colorado and a 25-year-old Chinchilla man, a passenger in the white Colorado, died at the scene.
Meanwhile a man aged in his 40s was treated for chest, abdominal and hip injuries and flown to the Royal Brisbane Hospital.
A second man, also aged in his 40s, was treated for a head injury and flown in a critical condition to the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics transported another man, aged 23, to the Miles Hospital with minor injuries.
The highway will be closed for several hours as the Forensic Crash Unit investigates the cause.
Two Queensland Fire and Emergency Services units were called to assist with the crash.
Motorists are advised to avoid the highway with detours expected to be in place for several hours.
