The Carnival of Flowers of 2021.

It was a bumper weekend for Toowoomba at the Carnival of Flowers, and the action didn’t stop at the annual floral parade.

Thousands filled the city’s private and public parks and gardens to get a glimpse at what gives the Garden City its name.

Among the attractions were the winners and entrants from The Chronicle’s Garden Competition.
