Emergency services responded to Middle Ridge crash

The wet weather caused havoc on our roads with emergency services called to several jobs overnight and into this morning.

Queensland Fire and Emergency Services crews arrived at the scene of a two-vehicle crash at Middle Ridge to find all occupants had exited their vehicles and were accounted for.

The crash, at the corner of Spring Street and Strohfeldt Street, occurred about 8.20am on Monday.

The incident comes after QFES crews were called to reports of a vehicle burning on the Cunningham Highway, at Cunningham, about 1.30am on Monday.

They found a vehicle destroyed by fire and no occupants in sight.

Police took control of the scene and their investigations are ongoing.

Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics assessed a man, aged in his 30s, who was uninjured after his car ran into a cow Saint Helens Road and Oakey Pittsworth Road, at 9.27pm on Sunday.

The man did not require transport to hospital.

Finally, paramedics were called to a single-vehicle crash into a tree on Baker and West Streets at 8.50pm, on Sunday.

They transported a man to the Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition, with neck and back pain.
