Emergency services called to early morning crash near Kingsthorpe

Emergency services have helped free a man from his car after a rollover near Toowoomba.

A man was trapped in his car after an early morning rollover in Kingsthorpe.

Two fire crews, police and paramedics were called to the accident on Kingsthorpe Haden Rd at about 3.45am.

A Queensland Police Spokesman said on arrival, emergency service personnel found a vehicle had rolled and was on the side of the road, with the driver trapped but seemingly uninjured.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said firefighters helped to extricate the person from the car, leaving them in the hands of paramedics.

The man was transported to Toowoomba Hospital for observation.
