Emergency crews are rushing to the scene of a truck fire on the Toowoomba Bypass.

Emergency crews are rushing to the scene of a truck on fire on the Toowoomba Bypass.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said the call reporting the incident came in at 11.10am.

Two QFES crews are currently on their way to the truck fire, with a third crew assigned.

The truck is believed to be on fire roughly 3km from the Helidon Spa end of the Toowoomba Bypass at Postmans Ridge, in the western lane.
