A CHINCHILLA-BASED feedlot company has gone into liquidation.
Australian Securities and Investments Commission documents show SGR Pastoral Pty Ltd was placed in liquidation on September 8.
According to an ASIC notice, a general meeting of the company resolved that the company be wound up and Nick Combis of Vincents Chartered Accountants be appointed liquidator.
A report will be issued to creditors in due course.
