A man aged in his 60s is recovering in hospital after he was hit by a car in the early hours of Friday morning.
The cyclist was riding on Mackenzie Street in South Toowoomba when he collided with the vehicle about 5.45am.
Paramedics rushed to the scene and treated the man for what they classed as potentially-life threatening arm and leg injuries.
He was transported to the Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
