Caitlin Crank and Anna Wilson’s in Farmer Wants a Wife

Darling Downs girls faced big decisions from their farmers as the show moves into its episodes of final wife-deciding tension.

Two Darling Downs women vying for love on Channel 7’s top reality show, Farmer Wants a Wife have found their way into the final few episodes.

The Tuesday night episode started with the farmers contemplating a decision about who they will take into their life.

We watch closely on the two belles from the Darling Downs, Roma midwife Anna Wilson and former Millmerran disability support worker Caitlin Crank as they wait in bated breath over who their farmers will choose.

Farmer Bert is only feeling the stress and demands of pineapple growing as he watches his farm decline during the time he’s spent wooing some potential lifemates.

Unfortunately, Caitlin was unable to crack his heart open as Bert was “months behind” on his farm with a crop that seems similar to his feelings and isn’t “easy to grow”.

Bert admitted on screen he found it tough to reciprocate the feelings with the girls as he decides his “path ahead”.

“I don’t know what it takes to be in relationship right now,” he admitted on screen.

Later he turns up late to the dinner with the three remaining girls having the emotional understanding to recognise that “something is off”.

One by one he tells the girls the news he’s not ready and they pack up and leave.

Anna Wilson, a midwife at Roma Hospital, was a contestant on season 14 of Farmer Wants a Wife.

Meanwhile Farmer Dustin wrings his hands with uncertainty at the beginning of the episode, as Anna struggles to figure out if she special or not.

“I’ve got feelings for everyone of them – it doesn’t get tougher than this,” he said.

“I really don’t want to say goodbye to anyone.”

There was no goodbye for Anna and she remains in for another episode, down to the final two.
