Parents and parents-to-be are invited to attend a Mums and Bubs Expo next month, with everything expecting mums and dads.
The Makers Market is hosting the Mums and Bubs Expo at the Mills Precinct on Sunday, June 20 from 9am to 1pm.
The 40 stallholders have parents covered, with everything from pregnancy, birth and beyond.
It is a free event and people are invited to spend the morning browsing the stalls offering handmade baby products, and chat with businesses that can offer support on journey into parenthood.
There will be vendors offering kids and baby clothes, pregnancy services, alternate remedies, masseuses as well as food stalls.
The Makers Market owner Kelly Prentice said she hoped to have 1000 people attend the expo.
“It’s important to have events like this, especially for new mums and mums-to-be because it gives them the opportunity to speak with services providers face-to-face and shop the local handmade stalls for those one-of-a-kind, beautiful items,” she said.
“I think these events are so popular because we have everything under the one roof and it takes the stress out of looking for all things baby related.”
