A TOOWOOMBA real estate agent has celebrated 20 years in business this week.
Wednesday, August 1, marked two decades of trading for RE/MAX Success Toowoomba.
Ian Knight opened the doors to his RE/MAX franchise in August 1998 with his eldest daughter, Megan Dempsey (nee Knight).
This was early days for RE/MAX Australia and just the ninth RE/MAX office to open in this country for the global real estate network.
Mr Knight had the business for 15 years before his youngest daughter, Katie Wagner (nee Knight), took up the reins after working in the business since 1999.
RE/MAX Success has grown dramatically over the past 20 years with broker owner, Ms Wagner and general manager, Daniel Burrett, currently overseeing 45 staff, including a multi-award-winning property management team and nine top-performing sales agents.
The office repeatedly ranks in the Australian network's top five business enterprises and regularly receives both national and international acclaim, while providing real estate services to Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
