A young man has been rushed to hospital after a frightening incident south of Adelaide.
Emergency services rushed to Taylor St near Main South Rd at Reynella around 12.30pm, after reports that a man had jumped out of a moving car.
The car was travelling at about 50km/h, police said.
A spokeswoman for SA Ambulance said the 20-year-old local man was taken to Flinders Medical Centre for treatment and had sustained head injuries.
The driver is assisting police with their investigation into the incident.
Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
