Paramedics have been dispatched to Adelaide’s largest cycling stadium after an on-course crash.

A cyclist has crashed out at the Adelaide Super-Drome racecourse, leaving him with serious head injuries.

Paramedics are en route to the stadium on Main North Rd, Gepps Cross, after a 36-year-old man was involved in a “high-speed accident”, according to an SA Ambulance Service spokeswoman.

General track training was scheduled at the Super-Drome tonight, according to its website.
