A 17-year-old female has been transported to Woorabinda Hospital in a stable condition after falling from her horse while mustering cattle.
A QAS spokesperson said she was in a stable condition with a back injury after the accident at a cattle station at Dromedary, 95km west of Moura.
Paramedics responding to a mustering accident in Central Queensland will need an off-road vehicle to reach the 17-year-old patient.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said the incident was reported about 9am and an ambulance crew had arrived at the cattle station at Dromedary, 95km west of Moura.
They were waiting for a “buggy” to access the female patient who was complaining of back pain.
The patient had been mustering cattle at the time of the fall.
