Woman stabbed at Tobacco Road property, west of Warwick

A woman has been taken to hospital with stab wounds after an incident at a southwest Queensland property.

Police are investigating after a woman was stabbed at a Tobacco Road property in Coolmunda, southwest of Warwick.

Emergency services were called to an altercation at the private address at about 3.45pm on Tuesday.

They arrived to find a woman with a non-life threatening arm wound.

She was treated at the scene before being transported to hospital.

It is understood the parties are known to eachother.
