Truck erupts into flames after rollover on New England Hwy, Dalveen
Emergency services are battling to control a fire after a truck caught fire in Queensland’s South West. Here’s what we know.

A fire has reportedly sparked after a truck rolled on a regional highway in South West Queensland.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash just after 9.30am on Monday morning, after a semi rolled on the New England Highway near Dalveen.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said three fire crews were responding to the incident near Mitchells Rd.
At 10.30am, fire crews were still working to get the blaze under control.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said the semi-trailer erupted into flames after rolling down an embankment.
The QPS spokesman said there were traffic diversions in place in the area.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the truck driver had been assessed by paramedics and would likely be taken to hospital.
Reports from the scene indicate the New England Highway north of Dalveen is still closed as at 1pm on October 28.
A diversion is still in place, as the truck continues to burn.
