The final votes have been counted and the winner decided in the competition for Warwick’s cutest baby of 2022 so far, with one gorgeous bub now set to claim the title.

Four-month-old Oliver Roche has been voted by Daily News readers as this year’s most adorable baby born this year.

Proud parents Courtney and Matt Roche said they were thrilled to have their little boy named the winner, with the couple adjusting to the joys and challenges of parenthood.

“On my side of the family he’s the first (grandchild), and on my husband’s he’s the third,” Mrs Roche said.

“He’s sleeping really well so far, and he’s very talkative, which is sweet.”

Mrs Roche said being pregnant during Covid had prompted her to start working from home several months before giving birth, and that their little family were now settling into life on their Yangan property.

“We’re on a farming property, so I think Oliver will probably love being on the farm and running amok,” she said.

“He’s a sticky beak, he likes to look at everything.”

Little Oliver may have claimed the first title of 2022, but there were plenty of other adorable babies who were voted into the top 10 rankings.
