A major development slated for Warwick’s main street will see a quieter end of the CBD transformed into a business precinct.

Colliers has announced the Home & Co precinct on Palmerin St, a follow up from their previous development, Home & Life on Albion St, which brought businesses like Anytime Fitness, Cafe 63 and Petbarn to the Rose City last year.

The Home & Co precinct will occupy the site of the former Bunnings location, near WIRAC on Palmerin St.

Currently, there are multiple shop fronts which will be able to be leased at the site, meaning multiple new businesses could be coming to Warwick.

Colliers are at this stage looking to secure tenants for the project’s future development.

Colliers describes the business opportunity as “rare” to be “a part of what will be a best in class large format retail asset occupying a prominent site in Warwick, an established regional city with a strong trade catchment”.

The Home & Co project is a single level, large format retail centre, with approximately 4500sq m of opportunity, which is serviced by an existing car park and three points of access.

“This prime location boasts strategic positioning with prominent frontage along both the high retail street and the Cunningham Highway,” the listing said.

“The site presents unparalleled brand exposure … Take advantage of exceptional signage opportunities along the Cunningham Highway and triple street frontage, ensuring maximum visibility.”

Updates to come.
