LNP’s Andrew Wallace has the held the seat of Fisher since 2016, successfully holding his position in the 2019 and 2022 elections.
He currently holds an 8.7 per cent margin.

Fisher encompasses most of the Southern end of the Sunshine Coast, including Caloundra, Beerwah, Maleny and Conondale.
The electorate is named after former Australian prime minister, Andrew Fisher, and was held between 1993 and 2013 by LNP member, Peter Slipper.
There are eight candidates running in the 2025 election, (ballot paper order) Keryn Jones (Independent), Renay Wells (Greens), Andrew Wallace (LNP), Denis Fricot (Trumpet of Patriots), Morrison Lakey (Labour), James Pidgeon (Gerard Rennick People First), Bronwen Bolitho (Family First) and Benjamin Kelly (Pauline Hanson’s One Nation).
