THE CALIBRE of offerings suggests there will be something to suit every buyer when Ray White Kawana takes a host of properties to auction inrooms on Friday, February 10 at 2pm.
"We put a lot of effort into the quality of stock coming into January, given the time of year," principal Ben Wilson said.
"Response to marketing has been really good with awesome numbers through all of our listings."
The first Saturday of marketing for 10 Bluebell St, Currimundi, attracted 15 groups. This proved a continuing trend in the following weeks. Considered very saleable, the three-bed, brick and tile sits in what is expected to be an affordable price bracket. While not beach-side, it is close to shops and schools and Currimundi Creek is at the end of the street.
Matt Glynn's listing of 66 William St, has also been well received by buyers. Described as entry level into Moffat Beach, the three-bed, one-level, brick home is within walking distance of amenities and beaches.
"All properties are getting offers prior," said Ben. "There is buyer confidence in the market and that allows us to ensure we are well positioned to get a result on the day.
"Many of these properties are investments, yet we are meeting with a mix of buyers. For example, Kelly Pares' listing at 3/61 Duporth Ave, Maroochydore, is appealing to owner occupiers keen on the emerging trend of living a CBD lifestyle. People are embracing the Coast's transition and looking longer term."
Apartment 3 of Eliza Towers is iconic for its dazzling water views and prime Point Cartwright position. With just two apartments per floor, the secure complex is popular with owner occupiers and those who retain their unit just for personal use at holiday times.
"The beauty of this first floor apartment is that both bedrooms have amazing views. One side looks back to the mouth of the river and the other to the beach. It's easy to forget these secrets that the locals enjoy so much."
