WITH two Noosa Heads auction properties proceeding to the auction floor this weekend, Greg Smith of Select Noosa will introduce a four-bedroom house as well as four units on 642sq m.

First up for Saturday at 11am is 5 Arkana Dr, in Cooloola Estate.

"The property has lots of options," Greg said.

"It's in immaculate condition and offers opportunity for dual living.

"Entry is straight into the top level with three bedrooms, bathroom, living and kitchen while the massive lower level has a bedroom, bathroom and its own entry."

Also following an hour pre-auction open home, will be the auction of 36-38 Grant St. Again, there are several options available.

New owners might hold the four, single-level two-bedroom units or demolish them and perhaps build a house or duplex.

The units currently return just under $1200per week. This auction will kick off at 1pm with Greg as auctioneer.

GOOD EXPECTATIONS

NO ifs or buts, expectation is that 13 Tallgum Ave, Verrierdale, will sell at Saturday's 10am auction.

Promoted with Melanie Primmer of McGrath Estate Agents, the six-bed house is anything but average.

"The hexagon shape really lets in the natural light which is especially lovely considering the heavily treed location," Melanie said.

Closer to Eumundi than Noosa and situated on 0.9ha, the home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level with another three bedrooms and bathroom on the ground level along with the kitchen, dining and the huge central living space.

Renovators looking for an opportunity have shown strong interest.

This one of a kind property will be open for inspection Saturday, March 25, from 9.30am with the auction proceeding on-site at 10am.

AS RARE AS HEN'S TEETH

OPPORTUNITY knocks and as is commonly known, when there is something very special in the offering, it usually knocks just the once.

Unique in what it offers, 203 Eumeralla Rd, Weyba Downs, offers 6736sqm of flat, clear, land plus a bonus.

Basically, Saturday's auction offers a shed on what is predominately vacant land, Ben Radcliff of Belle Property Noosa said.

"It's one of the very last opportunities to buy a block of land in Weyba Downs.

"Only used as a part-time residence, the building has two-bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen.

"All the new owners will have to do, is plan their dream home."

This block of useable land is fully fenced. There are two water tanks and bio-cycle system in place and the serene waters of Lake Weyba are within an easy stroll.

Ben will be on-site Saturday, March 25, from 10am to answer any last minute queries and the auction kicks off at 10.30am.
