HOW much would you pay for a holiday home in Noosa Waters? This one is one the market for $3.4 million. 

The property was bought by co-owner of 7-Eleven, Beverley Barlow, and her husband Douglas in 1999 for $535,000, according to Domain.

The couple then built the Paul Clout designed, open-plan home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pontoon, on a north-facing block. 

Ms Barlow and er brother Russell Withers own the Australian branch of the fuel and convenience store chain 7-Eleven, which paid $26 million in back pay to 680 staff after it was revealed staff were working for as little as $5 an hour.
