As for the State Government, it's a case of until you give us more recognition at the ballot box you can go and jump.

SUNSHINE Coast Mayor Mark Jamieson is disappointed with lack of federal and state funding.

I don't think it's anything to do with the way he and his council and also Noosa Council are not doing what is expected of them, in fact I would say maybe more.

You could say the Federal Government feel so secure with having good representation being shown by current elected representatives they feel they don't have to give more than is necessary to hold their position.

As for the State Government, it's a case of until you give us more recognition at the ballot box you can go and jump.

Petty politics and a case of "pick me or I will take my bat and ball and go home”.

Comical really if it wasn't so important for the progress of the Coast
