A Coast organic hair salon has expanded at a prime riverfront location to help keep up with demand.

Si. Organics has moved from a small residential salon into a "dream space" along on the Noosa River foreshore on Gympie Terrace.

Si. Organics founder Sam Pittendrigh said it was the right time to forge ahead with her ambitious plans to expand the organic hair salon.

She said a desire for premium, organic and high performing haircare was rapidly growing within the community.

"Although our industry faced extreme challenges last year, we've witnessed first-hand the growing importance and willingness women are placing in investing into their own wellness and self-care.

"This is why I was so motivated and confident in our decision to move forward with our expansion plans, despite the setbacks we faced, we had to create a luxurious and pampering environment that delivers both."

Ms Pittendrigh employed local contractors to bring her Next Gen Noosa vision to life.

"Supporting local businesses is so important to us and it was exciting to collaborate with such talented experts who have excelled at bringing our vision to life," she said.

"We've also just hired another award-winning full-time stylist and are looking for another, in addition to an apprentice to keep up with demand."

She said the space was designed with her customers in mind.

"I'm a mum of a busy one year old, I know how hard it is to try and find time for yourself, but our new space makes it easier, more convenient and enjoyable for women to prioritise themselves," she said.

"All the hard work and risks we took to get here, have been worth it.

"We are excited to see what the future holds for us and the positive impact the organic hair and beauty industry has within our community."
