$650 basketball hoop fine but what about this hazard?

I am submitting this photo in regards to the Sunshine Coast Council fining the family for the basketball hoop on the front lawn.

I am submitting this photo in regards to the Sunshine Coast Council fining the family for the basketball hoop on the front lawn in Brightwater because it is a hazard.

This photo is taken on Kalawa Street in Buddina. The trees are a constant hazard for vehicles, bikers, and motor cyclers.

Everyday, they have to drive on the other side of the road because of this hazard (including a Sunshine Coast Council vehicle that must live around the area, because they drive past every single day).

It is especially a hazard at night time since there are no street lights around. We've lived here for 3.5 years now and it has only got worse and worse. And yet nothing gets done.

Where's the fine there? Maybe they could use that $650 dollars to hire someone to fix this hazard instead.
