A search and rescue mission has been launched after a man fell from a boat and vanished at Glenlyon Dam, south-west of Brisbane.

A search and rescue has been launched at Glenlyon Dam near the Queensland border with NSW after a man fell from a boat and vanished.
About 5.30pm Sunday, a 21-year-old Miles man and a 26-year-old Miles man were aboard a vessel when the 26-year-old man has fallen into the water.
Police and emergency services commenced a surface search of the dam.
The search recommenced at first light on Monday morning, including assets from dive squad, local officers from Stanthorpe and Texas, water police and SES.
Investigations are underway into the circumstances leading up to the incident.
