A woman has been airlifted to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane with injuries to her face and limbs after falling from a horse at Kumbia in the South Burnett.

Paramedics arrived at the incident on the Bunya highway around 12.56pm Wednesday.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said the woman was airlifted to hospital in a stable condition.
