South Burnett man, 40s, airlifted to hospital after dirt bike crash

A man in his 40s was airlifted to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after his dirt bike collided with another bike in South Burnett on Saturday.

A man in his 40s was airlifted to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after his dirt bike collided with another bike in South Burnett on Saturday.

Paramedics attended the crash shortly after 2pm Saturday, June 17.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said “it’s believed the man was riding a dirt bike with friends on a private property when the motorcycle collided with another rider at high speed.”

Man charged with multiple offences including bestiality and child exploitation

Once the rescue chopper was on scene, the aeromedical crew, Fire and Emergency Service personnel and paramedics treated the man for multiple fractures and spinal injuries.

The man was flown to Sunshine Coast University Hospital for further assessment.
