A 36-year-old South Burnett man who is facing multiple child sexual abuse charges faced Murgon Magistrates Court on March 11, 2025.
The man, whose identity cannot be revealed for legal reasons, has been charged with two counts of indecent treatment of a child under 16 and two counts of procuring to commit indecent treatment of a child under 16.
Scott Sier, the man’s lawyer, asked Magistrate Andrew Sinclair for an adjournment, which was granted.
The man is due to return to court on April 1, 2025.
