One of three women charged with shocking offences after allegedly grooming and molesting a 14-year-old boy has had her case return to court.

One of the trio of women charged with child sex offences after allegedly grooming and indecently treating a 14-year-old boy has had her case mentioned again in court.
The woman, who cannot be named due to legal reasons, had her matter mentioned in Murgon Magistrates Court on Tuesday, November 9.
The 28-year-old Cherbourg woman has been charged with three counts each of carnal knowledge, using a carriage service to procure persons under 16, and one of indecent treatment of a child.
The case was brought after investigators from the Murgon Child Protection Investigation closed Operation Puma on August 18, resulting in the charges against the three women.
It will be alleged that between March and May of this year, the women engaged with a 14-year-old boy on multiple occasion via phone before interacting inappropriately with him in person in Cherbourg.
The 28-year-old woman’s case was briefly mentioned and adjourned to November 30.
The two other women charged over the operation, who also cannot be named, have been charged.
