Morris Steven Mickelo charged with assaulting police
A former Brisbane man has faced fresh charges of alleged violence against police in the Murgon court.

A South Burnett man has faced multiple charges of violence in the Murgon court this week.
Morris Steven Mickelo, 39, did not personally appear in the Murgon Magistrates Court on January 28 where he was charged with one count of seriously assaulting a police office, two counts of assaulting a police officer, three counts of obstructing police, two counts of committing a public nuisance, one of ignoring a police direction and two of wilful damage.
His lawyer A Hillier of AW Bale & Sons, appeared on his behalf and the matter was adjourned to the Ipswich Magistrates Court on February 20, 2024.
