Emergency services responded to the accident at the intersection of Brisbane and Church Streets around 3.40pm on Tuesday.

Four patients were assessed at the scene, including two male children.

Police directed traffic as one car, a silver sedan, was stationary in the road while the road remained open.

The other car, a silver double cab ute, had driven up onto the nature strip.

All four patients were transported to Kingaroy Hospital in stable conditions.
