A 35-year-old Ballogie man has been charged with one count of domestic violence rape.
The case against the man was mentioned in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Friday, January 31, 2025.
He did not appear in court as he was remanded in custody in the Maryborough Correctional Centre.
He was represented in court by his lawyer, Mandy Reid from Athena Law, who requested an adjournment due to some police evidence they were waiting to receive.
Magistrate Andrew Sinclair granted an adjournment until later this month, when the man will face a registry committal hearing.
