Emergency services are treating several people after a rally car lost control and crashed into a crowd of spectators at a popular Queensland mud rally.

Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics assessed three patients who were injured by a rogue rally car in Roma.

A QAS spokeswoman said a driver in the Roma Rednecks Mud Racing Outdoor Expo lost control of their vehicle and drove into a nearby crowd at an address on Bungil Street about 12.50pm on Saturday

The initial reports are that three people were hurt but only one, an elderly lady, required a trip to the Roma Hospital.
