In the minutes leading up to the Roma State College formal, Bassett Park was abuzz.
Friends, families and members of the school community gathered in anticipation of the students’ arrival at dusk on Friday, September 6.
Vintage and unique cars cruised through Basset Park’s gates before coming to a stop in front of the crowd of families, friends and photographers clambering to see the glamorous young women and men as they made their entrance.
Each student’s arrival was soundtracked by a walk-up song, from classic AC/DC hits to early 2000s anthems which energised the hollering crowd as they watched the dapper students pose for the photographers.
This publication was lucky enough to snap shots of the students, as the crowd heard of the students’ history at RSC, and their hopes and future aspirations.
